Living Out Our Faith

... through learning
The life of faith is never lived in isolation—we abide with God and with one another, even as we are varied and different.
Deepening the bonds between us is a commitment, a value, and way of life grounded in the wisdom of Jesus that loving one another and our neighbor is loving God. We create opportunities to learn and talk about our faith, help each other apply our faith to our lives, and move into the world as disciples of Jesus.

... by serving
Service has been part of our fabric since the church began. Some of our ministry teams serve our congregation, while others serve the broader community––locally, nationally, and globally.
From leading the Prayers of the People to preparing lunches for hungry children, we believe that our service reflects God's love for the world.

... with children and youth
At St. Simon's, children are important members of our community. Although their participation in worship often looks different than that of our adult worshippers, meeting their spiritual needs is important to our whole community.
We work hard to make sure that church is fun and safe for our youngest members.
