
Our Creative Spirit art exhibition presents an opportunity for artists within the Saint Simon’s community, their friends and colleagues to exhibit their works of art.
The Particulars

This exhibition will be non-juried.

All works must be original and no larger than 48” on any side – including frames used.

All media are welcome – two and three-dimensional works, fiber arts and mixed media.

Two-dimensional pieces (except canvas boards or fiberboards) must be pre-wired and ready to hang.

The exhibit committee will provide uniform signage for each work.

Works may be either for sale or not-for-sale.

Any financial transactions for acquired items will be between the artist and the buyer.
Important Dates and Times

Artists’ Submission Sheets must be received by Tuesday, April 23rd. Please use the form linked here and submit it to office@saintsimons.org.

Artists must deliver their art works to Saint Simon’s Parish Hall, 717 W. Kirchhoff Rd., Arlington Heights, on Wednesday, May 7th between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m..

The exhibition opens with a festive reception on Friday, May 9th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and all artists are encouraged to attend. The hours for the remainder of the show are:

Saturday, May 10th, from noon to 2 p.m.

Sunday, May 11th, from 11 a.m. to noon.

Visitors will have the opportunity to share how art may touch our spiritual core.

Artwork will be taken down beginning at noon on Sunday, May 11.

Following the exhibition, owners must collect their artworks on Sunday, May 11, between noon and 1 p.m., or Monday, May 12th, between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
